WHY DO WE NEED TO EXERCISE?


Well, we all know that exercise is good for us, but why do so many of us struggle to do it? We are lucky to live in a country where we have so many ideas around health and well-being. But as a nation only minorities of us are even reasonably active.
Everyone knows that exercise is good for their health, however despite this awareness many people struggle to exercise as often as they should. This can be due to a number of factors like lack of time, family demands or injuries. But with the right personal trainer, the right exercise training, consistency in how often you exercise, developing the right mindset and putting appropriate goals in place, everyone can achieve better health and fitness. Let’s not complicate the issue about availability of time, mathematically working out 3 times a week means that you’d only require 3 hours out of 168 hours of the week. I believe that’s within everyone’s ability. So drop your excuses today and get in to the track, gym or find a personal trainer.
