Personal trainers have
the knowledge, ability and skills to design safe and effective fitness
programs. They instruct and assist clients in reaching personal health and
fitness goals. A good personal trainer is not defined by the size of his or her
Bicep, but by passion, purpose, caring and coaching. Not that there isn’t something
to be said for outward appearance and taking care of himself first.
One often-overlooked
key to fitness has nothing to do with your lungs, heart, muscles or bones. Instead,
we have to look at your mental strength.
Mental toughness is not something that we can get in your local gym; no
one can force you to do a workout. But it’s the conscious willingness to
sacrifice our short term comfort and in the long run improve our long term
fitness. In other words, Discipline, the ability to obey or follow a code or
rule of behavior. Gaining the mental strength and discipline can be an uphill task
especially if you have to work out alone and you have no one you are accountable
to; at this point finding a personal trainer is fundamentally important.
A good personal
trainer will motivate you and have you engaged and excited in improving
your health. The personal trainer will
hold you accountable for missed workouts, poor eating and lifestyle habits or
any other habit that impedes health and fitness progress.
Bodyfit personal
trainers not only design fitness programs but we are good at providing the
client with general dietary advice. We will provide charts about food choices
for you to make informed meal and meal timing decisions.
