Goal setting is the starting point to losing weight.

You see, most people set financial and material goals of what they want to achieve, there's nothing wrong with this, because I believe that's what they value. But am puzzled by many who want to get in to shape but cannot clearly define what they want and within what duration of time. They just dive in to a fitness routine blindly without first knowing what they want to achieve. These are the same folks who are quick to give up when they don't get their expected results. What I've just described confirms one of the most important principle for anyone seeking to attain their fitness, material or financial goals: you will never be able to hit a target that you cannot see. Mapping out your objectives and goals releases the energy and enthusiasm which will get you on to the path towards the attainment of your purpose. Believe it or not, that lady or guy you're with a Sexy body you're following on Instagram have set very hot fitness goals for themselves and they will do everything possible to maintain their hot looks. So what about you? What are you doing about yourself? I keep telling my clients and I will emphatically say this to you, that nobody will ever be able to do a push up for you. Nobody better understands what you want better than you. Nobody else will ever pick up the phone and call David the Personal trainer than you.
